The digital media major at Northwest is an interdisciplinary plan involving an emphasis in informatics, graphic design or new media. Knacktive

Knacktive combines six disciplines (estimator science, English, graphic pattern, marketing, mass communications and public relations) into a ane-semester interactive and collaborative grade. The student-led teams conduct market place enquiry, clarify data, write creative strategies, and developed an integrated, digital marketing advice campaign and promotional materials for a real-world customer.

At the end of each grade, the team makes a formal presentation or customer pitch in an attempt to convince the client to use their projection. This experience aligns with the digital marketing and advertising agencies competing for clients.

Professional Advisory Team

To ensure Northwest is performing at the highest level of education, the professional person advisory team, a group of 40 expert employers, evaluates the curriculum and discusses the up-and-coming techniques and opportunities for faculty and students akin. Computing in School

Internships

Although internships are non required in the digital media major, they are highly encouraged to gain existent-world experiences.

Northwest is involved, not just academically but with chore placement later school.
